And transforming your body is no different.
You want to create great habits that will support and empower you, yet you may find like me that your schedule has you all over the place. Sometimes you may not even be in the same city, county or country from week to week meaning that your “normal” routine is disrupted. If you are not careful, your mission could be derailed.
Yet these are just problem to be solved, puzzles to be worked through and tests to see how truly committed you really are to your cause. If you have a strong mind with clear goals and support around you, then nothing can stop you.
Even a global pandemic with lockdowns restricting access to gyms and other sports facilities shouldn’t stop you. If your WHY is strong, you will find a way.
